Get 113% Stronger Immune System

EFT-tapping PLUS, including Joy Mastery, is a winning combination for comprehensive health improvements. It turns out that when one is feeling emotionally better, the body turns on it’s natural healing processes, for a 113% stronger immune system.

113% Stronger Immune System

When the rapid transformation method, Emotional Freedom Technique, was scrutinized in 2019 in the Journal of Evidence-Based Integrative Medicine, it turned out that a 4-day training resulted in compelling physiological improvements, in addition to the more known psychological improvements:

  • Pain: 57%
  • Immune defense SigA: 113%*
  • Cortisol: 37%
  • Cravings: 74%
  • Anxiety: 40%
  • Depression: 35%
  • Posttraumatic stress disorder: 32%
  • Happiness increase: 31%

These improvements align with emerging discoveries within the field of social genomics, that our feelings regulate our health.

EFT-tapping is a simple, powerful process that can profoundly influence gene activity, health and behavior.

How feelings regulate health

Remarkable new techniques, within the field of social genomics, measure how the environment affects the genes. Findings show that feelings regulate the bodily health systems. Scientists are able to peer into cells and see what’s going on at the molecular level, in a way that has never been done before.

These findings have lead to some significant insights, that adversity, including stress, poverty, early childhood adversity and other negative feelings, create feelings that turn on the inflammatory response in the body – which is a clear risk factor for disease, according to Steve Cole, PhD. In the long term, it can lead to serious health problems, such as:

  • Increased risk of heart disease
  • High blood pressure
  • Cancer
  • Neurodegeneration
  • Reduced immune defense
  • Increased inflammation

Research is showing that people who feel socially isolated get sick more, and die sooner, than people who feel socially connected and satisfied with their life.

You can make a difference

Our experiences, and how we see the world, color the molecular biology of our body, says University of California, genomics researcher, Steve Cole, PhD.

Our genetic fluidity creates a myriad of possibilities, and what kind of results we get depends on how we react to our environment.
